Alder House — private office interior at dusk
Haven Concept 02   New York

Alder House

A private office for people whose lives do not fit inside business hours.

The assignment

Scale a high touch concierge service without losing the discretion members pay for — combining human judgment, shared member intelligence and governed agent capacity across travel, access, hospitality and the unexpected.

What joined the team

One embedded AI engineer, one service designer and five governed agents across member intelligence, itinerary research, access requests, hospitality coordination and quality review.

What the loop learned

The requests that mattered most were rarely the complicated ones. They were the ones that arrived at the wrong hour. Capacity moved to the hours the old model could not cover.
